My Basics in Argentium class is coming up, February 9th-10th. This will be my first official workshop in my brand new, fully-equipped studio, and I couldn't be more thrilled! I've just installed a camera system with a screen to assist in teaching.
In this two-day class, explore the technology and techniques required to work with Argentium™sterling silver. Through expert instruction and close-up demonstrations, students will learn the processes of fusing, fabrication, and granulation, without using solder.
Demonstrations are followed by hands-on experience to create and complete three projects in two days (examples shown in photos here). Focuses on the basics of working in Argentium, including working with thick metal, thin metal, and wires on a base sheet.
